PRICE LIST

RENTALS:

• Racket: 50 CZK
• Shuttlecock: 20 CZK

PLAYER GUIDELINES:

• Before starting the game, you must always check in at the reception.
• Indoor changing rooms and showers are available for players.
• Refundable deposit for a locker key is 100 CZK.
• If the key is lost, the deposit is non-refundable.
• In case of racket damage, a fee of 250 CZK is charged.
• VERY IMPORTANT! You must always wear non-marking indoor shoes on the court. If you are caught wearing marking shoes, you will be immediately fined 5,000 CZK.

DISCOUNTS:

MULTISPORT COVERS 1 CARD FOR 30 MINUTES OF PLAY.

STUDENTS – 2 STUDENT CONFIRMATIONS FOR 1 HOUR OR 1 CONFIRMATION FOR 30 MINUTES.

RESERVATION SYSTEM:

• At your first reservation, reception will create your profile using your name and phone number. All future reservations are made under this profile.

• The deposit validity is 1 year from your last recorded visit. You have one year to use any remaining deposit.

• If you fail to cancel two reservations at least 24 hours in advance, your profile will be blocked and new reservations will only be possible with a 1,000 CZK deposit.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

CENTRUM VIKTORIA RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPLY THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION FEES:

• 25% OF THE PRICE IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE

• 50% OF THE PRICE IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 12 HOURS BEFORE

• 75% OF THE PRICE IF CANCELLED LESS THAN 6 HOURS BEFORE

• 100% OF THE PRICE IF NOT CANCELLED
